Where are MAEN watches shipped from?
All MAEN watches are shipped directly from our logistics center in the Netherlands. We provide worldwide shipping with reliable carriers to ensure your timepiece arrives safely.
What kind of movements do you use in your watches?
We exclusively use high-quality Swiss-made movements, such as those from ETA, Sellita, and STP, to ensure precision, reliability, and longevity for every collection.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery. The watch must be in its original, unworn condition with all protective plastics and packaging intact to be eligible for a full refund.
Do MAEN watches come with a warranty?
Yes, every MAEN watch is covered by a 2-year international warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage.
Are your watches water-resistant?
Yes, water resistance varies by model. For example, our dive watches typically offer 20 ATM (200 meters) resistance, while our dress watches are rated for 5 ATM. Please check the specific product specifications for details.
