At MAEN Watches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your timepiece. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it in its original, unworn condition within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the correct return address.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the watch in its original packaging, including all protective films, manuals, warranty cards, and any included accessories to ensure a full refund.
Ship the Item
Send the package using a tracked and insured shipping service to protect against loss or damage during transit; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Inspection and Refund
Once our watchmakers have inspected the item and confirmed it meets our return criteria, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
